This 21-week programme is internationally recognised for advancing high-potential women newsroom leaders from emerging, transitional, and fragile states.

The WIN Global Leadership Accelerator is designed to equip mid-and-high level media professionals with cutting-edge skills in newsroom leadership, digital strategy, financial management, and the integration of artificial intelligence in journalism. The selective process is quite meticulous. According to the programme requirements:

''Journalists with a passion for the news industry, with a minimum 5-10 years active experience in the newsroom, can apply''.

In addition to intensive weekly training, participants receive personalized one-on-one coaching, global networking opportunities, and mentorship to help them develop a strategic 3–5 year leadership plan.
