The star is the latest guest on the gripping and thought-provoking Showmax talk show, which is hosted by seasoned broadcaster Relebogile Mabotja. Dawn juggles it all: Being an actress, singer, motivational speaker, and dabbles in radio and fashion.

The SAFTA-winner's current role is on Mzansi Magic's Shaka iLembe. However, she is set to make her big return to BET on the upcoming drama, Black Gold. She also started on Netflix's Blood Legacy and DiepCity.

Apart from the many hats she wears, Dawn is known to be spiritually inclined. The star will unpack how her gift helped her secure her first major role on SABC 1's Uzalo.
According to the star, it was her ancestors and faith which led her to land her big break in the industry.
"Because I then found an agency, and then my agency found me a job, and that was my first acting gig in 2012. I often wonder whether it was the reason I went through this journey that opened that door'."
Traditional healer and sangoma, Bab'Ngobeni, told Briefly News, that everything starts to work out when a person accepts their gift and consults their ancestors.
"When you acknowledge that you have a gift, and accept it, your life begins to flourish and everything falls into place."
Thandeka King said she had to leave her five children at home with her then-husband after she landed the lead role on Uzalo.

The star has had her fair share of heartbreak. In the interview, she is expected to delve deeper into the infidelity and how it left her broken.
"For the first time, Dawn will open up about the alleged infidelity in her previous marriage, how it affected her emotionally, how she processed the betrayal, and the journey to reclaim her peace."
Dawn will also speak out about her previous marriage, and how her then-husband withdrew from her and opened up to other people.
Thandeka was quoted saying, “He wasn’t saying that to me. He was saying it to someone else. I think that killed me. I felt abandoned.”
The star found the courage to move on from her previous marriage and start building anew. That is what made Dawn Thandeka King the star that she is today.
