Nkosi confirms that the story is true, and meeting his former partner was a lesson he will never forget in his life.
"I was introduced to the most vile person, who set me back economically and emotionally, and I take that L. The main thing was to go home," says Nkosi.
The legendary actor adds in the interview that his former fiancée also faked a pregnancy with another man.
"I learned about phantom pregnancy, where a woman can desire that the body will act accordingly," adds Nkosi.
IOL reported in 2003 that Nkosi was engaged to a woman called Alice Myeza. The TV personality and his former fiancée announced they were expecting triplets.
Nkosi shared with the publication at the time that he was overjoyed when his former partner said she was expecting three boys.
"It was exciting to buy everything in threes," said Nkosi at the time.
