Reality TV Star Nozipho Ntshangase Opens Up About Getting a Mommy Makeover Overseas

Haibo, the South African reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase, has also revealed on social media that she is going under the knife and getting herself the life-changing surgery she has always wanted.

On Sunday, 27 July 2025, the former Mommy Club star, who reportedly moved out of her marital home, opened up to her fans and followers that she will be getting herself a mommy makeover after giving birth to five children.

In the video she posted, Ntshangase detailed why she decided to get this surgery done and especially overseas, just after her estranged husband, Zola, married a new wife.

In the clip, she said:

"I have been on this self-love journey, and I think after having my last three kids and just umgowo nje in general, I realised that I struggled with loving myself and my confidence just plummeted, like literally, down the drain. I thought, uhm, why not do some work on myself and focus on both the outer and inner aspects at the same time? So, yeah, I did my research and contacted my doctor, the surgeon whom I wanted to perform this surgery on me.

"My procedure is tomorrow, and I am getting ready to pack my bag. I had four pregnancies, which resulted in five kids, including the twins, and that led to me gaining weight, and I haven’t been exercising as often as I would have liked. I also had a lot of insecurities, so I decided to take a plunge and do this."

The 39-year-old mom who opened up about her surgery also expressed her gratitude to the fans and followers who have shown her support as she undergoes this life-changing procedure.

"Thank you all so much for your kind words after my post yesterday. I wish I could reply to everyone right now, but please know I’ve read every message and truly appreciate them. As I focus on letting go and trusting God, I hope each of you finds peace in Him. He is always good. Wishing you a blessed week ahead," she wrote.
