Celebrities are known for their lavish collections of cars or shoes, but Amapiano producer and DJ Oscar Mbo has taken it a step further. The Yes God hitmaker has a jersey collection so diverse that one would mistake him for a footballer.
While Oscar Mbo is an avid Kaizer Chiefs supporter, his original jersey collection consists of a shirt from a FIFA Club World Cup player, a Mamelodi Sundowns player, and one who played in the UEFA Champions League qualification rounds. The father of two flexed on his football-loving Instagram followers by flaunting his growing collection of original football jerseys.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, Oscar shared a video of himself. In the video, he browsed through jerseys that he was gifted by football players. On Friday, 1 August 2025, football blogger Mzansi Soccer Stars reshared the Instagram story. The post was captioned:

In the video, Oscar Mbo showed off the newest shirt he received from Thembinkosi Lorch. The gifted midfielder handed the producer the number four jersey he wore at Wydad Athletic Club while playing at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Nyoso isn’t the only top player who gifted their jersey to Oscar Mbo. He also has the jersey won by Edmilson Dove when Kaizer Chiefs won the Nedbank Cup final. Mbo also has a top from Mamelodi Sundowns defender Kegan Johannes. He also has a close friend and Bafana Bafana centre-back Siyabonga Ngezana. Ngezana gave Mbo his FCSB away kit from the 2024/25 campaign.

Oscar Mbo earned praise from South Africans after he made a huge reveal on social media in June 2025.
In a recent post shared by the online news and gossip page, MDN News, it was revealed that Oscar Mbo was in the process of building a dream mansion for his girlfriend and baby mama, Lerato Phasha, and their two children.
