Speaking to TshisaLIVE, the TikToker claimed that Jub Jub borrowed R50,000 for an event he hosted in December 2024. Sukume said that Jub Jub only repaid R15,000 and is not making any effort to settle the outstanding amount.
“I could see this man is playing around. I tried to communicate, and when I did not get him on a call, I decided to make a voice note telling him I'm going to take legal action if he doesn't pay back my entire amount. So, he gave me R15,000,” he told TshisaLIVE.
Likhona alleges that Jub Jub had promised to repay the loan using ticket proceeds from the event. After failing to fulfil the promise, Likhona Sukume said Jub Jub then said he would repay the debt as soon as Moja Love paid him.
Jub Jub served with a letter of demand
Frustrated and fed up with Jub Jub’s unfilled promises, Likhona Sukume took legal action and delivered a letter of demand issued by the Small Claims Court. The TikToker delivered the letter to a house allegedly owned by Jub Jub, accompanied by the police.
After Likhona Sukume shared his ordeal with Jub Jub, more people allegedly came out to expose the reality TV host. In the comments section under his video, several TikTok users claimed that the rapper owed them. One couple even claimed that Jub Jub owed them an eye-popping R200,000.

Likhona Sukume claimed that Jub Jub's pattern of non-payment is evidence of criminal behaviour and threatened to open a criminal case against him. According to the latest report, Sukume lived up to his threat, and now Jub Jub is reportedly being investigated for fraud over R120,000 in unpaid debts.
Jub Jub responds to TikToker's allegations
TshisaLive reported that Jub Jub downplayed Likhona Sukume’s allegations. He shared how he had come out unscathed from scandals much worse than Sikume’s. In a recording heard by the publication at the time, Jub Jub threatened Likhona Sukume with unspecified action for posting his home on TikTok.
“Ask him whether he wants his money or if he wants to go to court. He must apologise, otherwise he'll be sorry for posting my house,” Jub Jub allegedly said.
