Popular South African songstress Zonke was also scheduled to perform at the grand opening of Ndlala Mall in Arcadia, Pretoria.

On Monday, 28 July 2025, Tank took to his official Instagram account to confirm the cancellation. He apologised to South African fans who had been waiting for over ten years to see him perform and expressed optimism that the matter would be resolved swiftly.
