Physical and emotional factors to consider before surgery

Briefly News spoke to a source who has undergone cosmetic surgery on the emotional and physical challenges they faced after having the procedure.

The source highlighted that while they didn't have any emotional challenges, they had challenges psychologically because of their religious background. They were only able to overcome the challenges through prayer and self-introspection.

"Emotionally, I didn’t really experience anything significant. However, there was a psychological war in that, coming from a Christian background, I felt guilty altering my image in a way that God hadn’t created, so to speak. So that needed some introspection and prayer from my side," the source said.

The source also shared advice on what someone who wants to have a cosmetic makeover should consider.

"I think any cosmetic surgery needs deep introspection so that you’re 100% confident in the choice and result, regardless of what may happen. It’s a huge life life-changing, and even life-threatening step, so it needs a sound mind when coming up with the decision," the source added.
