Phalaphala FM Royal Heritage Festival organisers have changed the font size of Makhadzi's name on the poster after she threatened to pull out of the festival if the font on her name is not increased.

The singer, who previously topped social media trends when she performed at her one-woman show, took to her Facebook on Friday, 1 August, to vent about the size of the font on her name.

Popular South African news channel Limpopo Chronicle shared on its X account on Wednesday, 6 August, that the singer's name was changed for the upcoming event.

"The organisers of the Phalaphala FM Royal Heritage Festival have increased the font size on singer Makhadzi's name on the official poster," reads the post.
