Radio personality and DJ Sol Phenduka has hinted that he might not be going back to Kaya FM after the radio station suspended him on Wednesday, 20 August 2025.
The former Big Brother Mzansi star had South Africans talking on Thursday, 21 August 2025, when he jokingly posted a job cleansing muthi on his Instagram.
Phenduka revealed on Podcast and Chill's episode on Thursday, 21 August 2025, why he won't be returning to radio soon.
The DJ hinted on the show that he's already getting offers from other radio stations, but he doesn't wanna go back on the radio anytime soon.

When MacG Mukwevho asks Phenduka, "You wanna wake up and not know what day it is?"
Phenduka replies, "Yeah."
"I can't wait to drive my daughter to school. I'm suspended while my daughter is on school holidays," adds Phenduka.
Phenduka's co-host, MacG Mukwevho, adds that they can now podcast from anywhere in the world since Sol is no longer on the radio, and that the writing is on the wall.
