Tyla dominated social media trending charts after a video of someone, believed to be her, passed out in a car, went viral online. The Water hitmaker seemingly confirmed that it was her in the viral video with a cheeky post.

Tyla also reshared a picture of her and a fan out and about in São Paolo, seemingly before the now-viral incident.

Taking to her official X account on Thursday, 21 August 2025, Tyla reshared a photo of herself with a fan. Reposting the picture, the musician who continues to make history on the Billboard US Afrobeats charts, gushed over her fan. The post was captioned:

“Y'all. I really met Info Tyla Brasil yesterday 🤭❤️”

The picture, which was originally shared by a Tyla fan account, Info Tyla Brasil on X, showed the We Wanna Party musician posing for a picture with her superfan. The picture was captioned:

“Body teaaaaaaaaaaa”

The fan, who was wearing a brown crochet-style top, couldn’t hide her joy when she met Tyla backstage. Tyla, in a lime green dress, posed in her usual confident yet playful way.
