Podcaster MacG Mukwevho and Robot Boii, whose real name is Mzwakhe Mbuli Jr, surprised South Africans on Sunday, 24 August 2025, when they appeared on the latest episode of Shaka ILembe.

Mukwevho and Mbuli starred opposite each other and were in the same nguni tribe on the second season of the multi-award-winning isiZulu TV show.

The pair joined the show after the departure of former The River actor Thembinkosi Mthembu, who portrayed the fan-favourite role of King Dingiswayo.

Social media user @OhFlipIt'sVuyo shared a snippet on X of Robot and MacG's acting debuts on the TV show on Sunday, 24 August 2025.

Khabonina Qubeka praises Shaka ILembe co-star Mpilo Mbatha
