Influencer and reality TV star Vuyokazi Nciweni has returned to Turkey for another cosmetic procedure.

She previously underwent gastric sleeve surgery in Istanbul in March 2025 to reduce the size of her stomach and promote weight loss.

Since then, Vuyokazi has shed a significant amount of weight, which is evident in the pictures she posts online.

For her second round of surgery, this time in Izmir, the former Uthando Nesthembu star shared pictures of herself at an airport on 26 August, hinting at continuing her transformation and tagged her clinic:
