‘House of Zwide’ August Spoiler: Nkosi Zwide Leaves the Collective After Shoki’s Death

Talented actor Wanda Zuma's character, Nkosi Zwide, will take a break from his House of Zwide duties this August to mourn his wife, Shoki Zwide (Shalate Sekhabi).

This comes after singer and actress Shalate Sekhabi's character, Shoki Zwide, got written out of House of Zwide after playing the popular character for 4 seasons.

Sekhabi, who starred opposite Wanda Zuma and Nefisa Mkhabela on the show, recently bid farewell to the popular character on the eTV telenovela.

The TVSA House of Zwide August teasers reveal that Nkosi will spiral out of control after Shoki's death. The teasers also indicate that Nkosi will drink heavily, party with Palesa, and attempt to commit su*cide.

Monday 4 August teaser reads:

"The police close Shoki's death investigation, confirming no mechanical faults in Nkosi's car."

The teasers also reveal that Nkosi will blame himself for his wife's death, feel guilty, and become emotionally unstable, while his uncle, Msizi (Mduduzi Mabaso), who killed his wife, will feel secretly relieved when police close Shoki's case.

The Wednesday, 20 August teaser shows that Nkosi will contemplate su*cide on a rooftop. The Zwides will get to Nkosi on time before he tries to kill himself, and he will be forced to take a break from work.

The Thursday, 21 August teasers reveal that Nkosi will go to KwaZulu-Natal with Faith to process his grief.

It appears that Nkosi will be joining his father, Funani Zwide (Vusi Kunene), in KwaZulu-Natala, who stepped down as CEO and left House of Zwide a year ago to find himself.

The show recently shared on its X account that Nkosi blamed himself for Shoki's death at her funeral.
