Smart grocery shopping tips
According to Healthline, strategic grocery shopping starts with proper planning and making informed choices about where and what to buy. Building a practical grocery list around whole, nutrient-dense foods helps shoppers stay focused and avoid impulse purchases. The guide suggests shopping the store perimeter first for fresh produce, meat, and dairy before moving to centre aisles for pantry staples.
Smart shoppers can reduce costs by buying store brands. Planning meals around overlapping ingredients helps reduce both food waste and expenses.
