"It’s very important because whenever we design, we are designing according to the taste of the owner of the house. Architecture is a science that calls other sciences into the game, such as psychology, so we have to know the taste of the person we are designing for," said Erwan.

House trends can be created with different architectural styles, such as minimalist and sustainable design. According to the architect and interior designer, here’s how:

"You can use a neutral colour palette as a base, then introduce bold colours through accent pieces or artwork. Choose geometric shapes and patterns and use smart home technology, etc."
