One lady's food combination took things to the next level. The woman posted a TikTok video of the way she prefers to eat common offal.

The TikTok post of the woman's meat mukbang with a twist was a viral hit with more than 97,000 likes. Hundreds of people commented on the video, mortified by the state of the food the woman was eating.

In a TikTok video by @kgomotsosikhakhane1, she showed people the way she enjoys her liver. Instead of showing a cooking recipe, the creator simply opened packs of raw liver from the store with spices in hand. The woman seasoned bites of the raw liver, savoured the treat. She shared her mother's jokes about her liver-eating habit, calling her "my chubby little vampire."

Eating raw liver carries the same risks as eating any uncooked meat, including Salmonella and E.coli, according to registered dietitian Beth Czerwony on Cleveland Health. Uncooked liver may carry deadly foodborne illnesses, even after being frozen. People who follow the carnivore diet claim there are benefits to eating liver, including a higher dose of vitamin B12 and iron. Despite the claims, the official food safety guide in South Africa recommends a minimum of 63 degrees Celsius for most meat and 74 degrees Celsius for poultry.
