Ntlenathi had moved to the big city from the Eastern Cape and planned to do a bit of shopping in Bellville. The lady hid R2000 in her sock as she was warned about the dangerous town.

She was safe until a beautiful man in a gorgeous suit approached her while she checked out clothes at the mall. Ntlenathi was amazed by the guy’s appearance and said:

“That man was extremely beautiful. No man has ever looked that beautiful. He was the most beautiful man I have ever seen.”

Woman shares story of being robbed in Bellville

Siphiwe Ntlenathi remembered being swept off her feet by a beautiful man in a gorgeous suit. The gentleman offered to hold her bag for her and take her on a KFC date.

Ntlenathi was excited about the adventure she was about to embark upon. The man asked her for some money to pay for the food, and the lady gladly gave it to him. She even took out the R2000 she had hidden in her sock.

The man found a table and told Ntlenathi to wait for him as he went to queue to place an order. The lady waited for over three hours before she realised that she had been scammed.

She stood up from her seat and scanned the shop for her man, but he had vanished. She asked the employees about him, and they explained that the man in the suit ordered a meal and left.

Ntlenathi was dizzy and had nothing to her name, not even taxi fare to get home. She shared her story at the taxi rank, and people thought she was drunk.

One driver felt sorry for her and took her home with no charge. The lady explained that she had experienced a lot of misfortunes in her life and that she was not angry at the gentleman who tricked her:

“I would forgive him. Yes, he ate my money, but I would forgive him and carry on with life like nothing happened. I hope he sees this video and remembers me.”
