Constance's rise as an entrepreneur started in the food industry, where she ran a mobile kitchen and a tuckshop in 2004. Her dream was to own a big business, and in 2009, she started her logistics venture. Constance acquired a Code 18 license and was her company's first truck driver when she landed her first contract with a construction company. The go-getter admitted that working in the male-dominated space was not easy. When she started, she had issues on the road; some would rob her, stealing her truck batteries and sabotaging her. Eventually, she grew to be able to buy 50 trucks before landing international contracts. In a past interview, she shared that each truck brought in R200,000 per month.
