Two energetic women in Limpopo showed how they were warming up for the SPAR Women's Challenge in Tshwane. They used the song of one of the province's most famous and successful artists, Ngishutheni by Master KG, to help them prepare.
On the morning of 2 August, 2025, TikTok user Mariska Freeman uploaded a video on her account to show herself and another woman jamming to the track.
The record label Wanitwa Mos Entertainment released the Ngishutheni music video, which also features the artists Goon Flavour and Eemoh, on 9 May, 2025. Since its publication on YouTube, the clip has already racked up over 50 million views, becoming a worldwide hit.
