A South African woman has left social media users amazed after sharing the final results of her massive home renovation project.
TikTok user @annie__brand, who regularly posts content about home improvements and lifestyle videos, posted her house tour on 24 August 2025, showing off the incredible transformation her family achieved.
The renovation journey began with a house that had a very confusing layout, multiple rooms with odd connections, and plenty of potential that needed serious work. The woman and her husband took on the challenge of turning this diamond in the rough into their perfect family home.
The video tour starts outside, where viewers can see the new security gate installed at the driveway entrance and proper fencing around the inner yard to keep their dogs safe. Moving inside, the transformation becomes even more impressive with consistent brownish-grey tiles flowing throughout the entire house, creating a modern look.

The garage area has been completely redone and now connects smoothly to a beautifully tiled entrance space. A guest bathroom has been added and re-enamelled, featuring modern fixtures including a bathtub, toilet, and stylish sink. The woman proudly shows off the breakfast nook area where a door used to be, explaining they now need to find a carpenter to create a custom wooden table.
Perhaps the most striking feature of the renovation is the open-plan design that allows you to see from one end of the house to the other. The kitchen area maintains the same tile theme with built-in shelving and a pantry space that's already being organised. The woman admits that the first thing they moved in was their dishwasher because she hates washing dishes.

The master bedroom features beautiful natural light streaming through large windows, with an attached walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom complete with double basins and a spacious shower. The couple made the smart decision to add en-suite bathrooms to both children's rooms, creating private spaces with showers, toilets, and built-in cupboard space.
The woman explains they're essentially ready to move in, though they still need to add finishing touches like mirrors, towel rails, and other accessories as they settle into their new space. She's particularly excited about having a dedicated hobby room where she can escape from all the boys in the house and pursue her many interests.
